Background:

EX SPEED SECURITY SERVICES INC. is the 5th and newest member of the Ex Speed Group of
Companies, namely: EX SPEED GROUP LTD. (H.K), a leading logistics company in Asia based
in Hong Kong, EGL CARGO MACAU, LTD; EX SPEED CARGO DELIVERY PHILIPPINES INC. and EX
SPEED GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. which is the IT arm of the group focusing on Systems
Development and IT and HR Consultancy and a valuable partner in our innovative security
services offerings.

In line with the company’s plan to build additional hubs to cover northern Luzon, Southern
Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao Region, the company CEO who, is a security professional
himself at heart, gathered a group of seasoned security and safety professionals to establish
a security company wherein the owners who will lead and run the company are industry
experts themselves and not just business people and will have direct interaction with the
clients. To ensure focused attention on our client’s needs, we have assigned seasoned
security professionals as Asst Vice Presidents who will oversee operations in each of the
foillowing regions, Northern & Central Luzon, NCR and Southern Luzon, Visayas and
Mindanao.

While EX SPEED SECURITY SERVICES, INC. may be a new company in paper, the Ex Speed
Group, since 2017, has been effectively and efficiently providing security services to the
group’s headquarters, hub and branches in Hongkong, Macau and PH, using a combination
of company guards, and advanced security technology provided by our Global Technology
business. This brand of security, plus the expertise of our security company leaders is what
we will be offering to our prospective clients/business partners. The company’s goal is not
just to satisfy the security requirements of our expanding logistics business but offer the same
brand of services to selected external clients as well. Our ultimate goal is not just to be your
trusted security service provider but a trusted long term business partner as well and a
consistent contributor to the client’s business success.
